About FLO
Welcome to FLO, the safe space for young women. Where sisterhood is highly valued, FLO offers an environment that appreciates inclusion, support and understanding. Based in Dubai, FLO offers a safe environment for teens where they can meet in a sisterhood group setting, have individual coaching, and engage in different workshops with empowering topics.
Empowering adolescents and young adults through understanding their concerns, facilitating experiences, and learning life skills are great ways to boost confidence and accept new life challenges. Ultimately, FLO offers personalized informal education to adolescent girls in Dubai. This provides them with the stepping stones to become empowered young adults.
I have founded FLO to provide young women with a safe space. Here, you can find all the information and support you need to find your true self.
As a Shine From Within youth mentor, qualified co-active coach, and sexologist, I have had the privilege to work closely with other knowledgeable people in the field. I have a teaching permit but I like to keep the value of informal education close to my heart. I am a strong believer in the value of girls' and women's empowerment to make the world a better place for all. This has been the core element of the projects I have been involved with; in Canada and in different countries in Africa.
As your coach, I am here to support and guide you. I believe in the power of coaching to create your journey toward the life you want and I will be fully with you on your exploration.
